Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) - The water soluble group B vitamin, considered to be the most active vitamin that performs the most features. Vitamin B6 is called nerve and muscle vitamin. Vitamin B6 is essential for the production of serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine, melatonin and gamma aminosytic acid. Vitamin B6 is required for magnesium absorption in cells. Like most B vitamins, pyridoxine is important for energy production in cells.
