This drink concentrate is diluted with water and is produced by great taste. Iontex The drink provides energy and restores minerals that are lost in physical activity. Iontex There is a hypotonic drink and the materials obtained with it are better absorbed. Your body needs fluids and carbohydrates to absorb as soon as possible. During the workout, carbohydrates are probably absorbed by drinking a liquid with a carbohydrate share of about 7 %. Losing 2 % of fluids in the body, the efficiency of the workout decreases by 20-40 %, and 4 % loss of muscle disorders. When the levels of sodium are lost, circulatory failure begins, with potassium levels - muscle weakness, cardiac disorder, and muscle spasms in the level of magnesium.
